I graduated from Therapeutic Connections School of Massage (located in Spokane, Washington) in May 2021. The gifted instructors at TCSM are actively practicing massage therapists with years of bodywork experience and extensive training in many modalities. My training includes:
- Swedish massage - therapeutic and relaxing
- Deep Tissue massage
- Myofascial Release techniques
- Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) techniques
- Chair massage
- Lymphatic Drainage Massage (LDM)
More importantly, I've traveled around the US taking intensive four-day courses from a gifted mentor & practitioner, Ron Murray, who inspired me to pursue this healing vocation. As of Aug. 2024, I've received over 310 hours of advance training in integrative bodywork techniques and in December 2024 I will complete a 12-week clinical internship program in integrative bodywork with Tina Heyer in Spokane, WA. The pursuit of excellence continues, with 72 hours of additional training scheduled before Dec. 2024.
